Shipping policy

We offer free standard shipping for most orders over $50. For most orders under $50, there will be a $5 shipping fee. Our standard shipping takes about 5 - 10 business days to arrive from the time the order is placed (please note that this timeframe includes 2-4 days for processing). The carrier (UPS or USPS) will be automatically selected based on the shipping address. 
Additionally, we offer 2-3 business day expedited shipping starting at $15 and 1-business day expedited shipping starting at $25. The final price for both of these options will be given at checkout and is determined by order volume and shipping address.
Please note that we only ship and deliver on business days and that only expedited orders placed before 12:30 pm ET on a business day will ship that same day. For example, an order placed with 1-business day shipping on Thursday at 2 pm ET will ship out the next day, Friday, and arrive the following Monday.

 

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at the Squam Lake MarketPlace located at 863 US Route 3 Holderness, NH 03245. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1-2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are 8-5 on Wednesday-Monday.  Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@squammarket, with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@squammarket.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
